What is mixed media?

Leni's Mixed Media work consists of layers of collage, acrylic and the occasional found object that catches my imagination. Collage allows me to communicate my ideas in a layered and subtle way. The collage layers enable me to stack up visual thoughts for contemplation by the viewer.
